·Leave a walkway to the rear of your unit for better accessibility.
·Disassemble items such as bed frames to maximize space.
·Place frequently used items near the door.

paper should be used for packing to prevent ink smudges from transferring
to belongings.

your cartons and take home the list for easy reference.
·To protect clothing and draperies, put them in wardrobe
cartons. Mothballs or cedar chips are added protection.
·Thoroughly clean and dry appliances. Keep freezer and refrigerator
doors slightly ajar.
·To preserve bikes and other metal items, wipe all metal
surfaces with a rag containing a few drops of machine oil.
·Pack books & documents flat to protect their spines.
Don't place boxes directly on floor. Use pallets or skids.
·Store mattresses and box springs on long edges for firmer
support. Keep elevated from floor and covered for protection.
